Below is a reference for everything mentioned:
-> entire journal shouldn't be inside of a dropdown section
-> Background colour for journal items should be #F8F6F6, and #EAE7E7 on hover (so no blue outline on hover)
-> remove border stroke along the journal item
-> Keep line separator between journal edition and the content underneath it, but it shouldn't span the full width of the journal item box. It starts at the header text and ends at the dropdown arrow.
-> Remove drop shadow and stroke on the journal image, and make the 'read now' button the same width as the image
-> Remove text under the image that says which edition it is (that's already shown in the dropdown header)
