Automate datamodel definitions given schema

Use [`datamodel-code-generator`](https://docs.pydantic.dev/latest/integrations/datamodel_code_generator/) to automate generating parts of the `datamodels` module. Idea is that whenever `avid-schema` is updated the same updates will trickle to `avidtools`.
