Actually PS4CheaterNeo cannot work at 100% with PS5 console because there are some functions like CUSA or Version that will no work.
But it is very easy to fix, you only need to add the below code to the Constants file:
As you can see there are only a minor change of offsets( 0x30 and 0x58).. With this change the corresponding functions will work like on PS4.
