sources, describe what they need to understand, and receive a useful cited first Brief that keeps
updating—without learning ACE architecture or hand-authoring a Domain Pack.
Public scope
- Make Atrium the coherent local command center for choose → connect → map → watch → Brief → update.
- Compose the released onboarding agents, Agent Composition, and Agent Memory into one resumable
product journey with honest progress, blocked, retry, partial, and degraded states.
- Keep source permission and credential scope visible before use; onboarding cannot silently grant
source, delivery, or effect authority.
- Show decision-readable intelligence: what changed, why it matters, how ACE knows, when it
happened, what remains unknown, and citations for each material claim.
- Continue after the first Brief through Signals, Shifts, Opportunities, Briefs, monitors, Ask ACE,
and governed feedback.
- Prove personal ownership through restart/reopen, export, deletion, backup, and restore on the
supported local topology.
- Reproduce the same journey through World AI and Market Intelligence; keep Custom Intelligence
generic and domain-neutral.
Acceptance gate
From clean public artifacts, one documented local launch reaches a cited first Brief through the
guided Atrium flow, resumes across restart, admits a later source change as an append-only update,
answers a grounded follow-up through the same resources, and preserves source, permission, lineage,
uncertainty, and feedback receipts. World and Market pass without a domain branch in Core or
Intelligence. Failure, recovery, export, deletion, accessibility, package, schema, security, and
upgrade checks pass for the documented single-user topology.
Explicit boundary
Organizations, teams, tenant isolation, shared workspaces, multiplayer approvals, managed hosting,
marketplace operation, hostile-extension sandboxing, and distributed execution are post-1.0 work.
They do not gate a complete first release for one person.
