st-stusb4500 doesn't seem like it could work above 5V #403

Description

@andrewringler

I was assuming based on the description in the README that these layouts were meant to run at 5-20V. It seems like there would be issues running this above 5V.

In the stusb4500-usbc-connector and usage layout examples the USB data lines are tied to the USBLC6-2 ESD component C7519 which has its Vbus line tied directly to the USB connector Vbus which could run as high as 20V but the USBLC6-2 ESD seams to be rated at only 6V?

I didn't check all the components but the fuse F1 at connector Vbus is rated at 15V C883109?

The 100nF cap C7 is rated at 16V C1525.
