Allow people to run QTweet without docker

Docker + node is creating issues, and making life hard for people using proxies.

There should be some way to run QTweet outside Docker.

@atomheartother alternatively Docker can use the "host" network - https://docs.docker.com/network/network-tutorial-host/ rather than creating a dedicated interface for the container which may help alleviate some issues.

I've worked on this issue to have an instance run for a friend of mine on AWS servers without Docker. I'll be cleaning it up and issuing a PR in the next week or so.

Actually Dockerizing your bot was a very smart play, since people just need to have docker and nothing else.
