Turn deprecations into errors?

I'd like all deprecations to be full-blown errors when running tests.

Does it make sense to do this in grim?

Actually, maybe the right place to do this is in the test helper:

afterEach ->
    if Grim.getDeprecationsLength() > 0
      Grim.logDeprecations()
      Grim.clearDeprecations()
      this.fail 'Deprecated APIs were called'

The downside is that this boilerplate must be added to every test helper. Upside is, of course, no change to Grim needed.

Curious if anyone has an opinion on the right way to implement this.
