Hi
I want to do the bayesian polishing in relion. I did motion correction in relion, but ctffind is not able to find good ctf so I imported motion corrected movies in csparc and did patchCTF. now I want to move the CTF back to relion. I was following the protocol and in method 0, it says - Export particles with csparc2star.py --inverty --flipy --strip-uid --micrograph-path .
I am little confused here. if I am exporting particles, why do I need to provide motion corrected files path and how is it going to get the particle coordinates.
I earlier used cryosparc for processing data which worked reasonably well. But I want to push the resolution and map quality further, if possible. I can export the particles which I used for refinement in cryosparc.
Thank you
Dhiraj
