Noticed with newly cloned pyem (today, 3 Dec) that csparc2star.py output is missing the rlnOriginXAngst and rlnOriginYAngst columns. Could it be to do with a change in cryoSPARC v4.6 array formatting, this specific job input, or pyem? --loglevel=debug report attached.
