Option to disable Coverflow (better support for smaller displays)

Hello,

while mtoc seems to be feature complete for my needs, I'd like to propose an option to disable Coverflow completely. While it's not so much an issue with bigger screens, when running on smaller laptop screens the big Coverflow makes it hard to use the app.
