Refreshing Segfault

Leaving a ruler drawn in the profile view crashes LAG. This is unconfirmed, and may apply also to the main window.

Definitely still happening. I'll look into this.

LoadWorkers don't respect the global pointbucket mutex. May be caused by race conditions present around about quadtree replacement.
