Dear developers of the DEP package,
I noticed, that DEP is no longer available in Bioconductor and is (or at least two weeks ago was) marked as deprecated. Is there any chance you would consider updating DEP and making it available again? Myself, and I believe also other users, really enjoyed the package and used it on a regular basis.
