ci: use plumb.aramhammoudeh.com as canonical dogfood URL

Summary

Switch Plumb's release/dogfood canonical URL from plumb.dev to https://plumb.aramhammoudeh.com/.

Aram clarified that the Plumb website is plumb.aramhammoudeh.com, not plumb.dev. Release-readiness and dogfood gates must use the canonical site.

Current evidence

Main still contains plumb.dev references in release-relevant paths:

• .github/workflows/dogfood.yml job name and lint target use https://plumb.dev.
• docs/src/blog/launch-v0.6.md mentions plumb.dev only as non-canonical context.

Plan

• Update dogfood/live release gates to target https://plumb.aramhammoudeh.com/.
• Keep any historical plumb.dev doc mentions only if they explicitly say non-canonical/deprecated.
• Make test: release-readiness website matrix and local kits #192 release-readiness matrix use plumb.aramhammoudeh.com as the Plumb-owned live-site gate.
• Re-run/verify Dogfood against the canonical URL before [RUNBOOK] Phase 5 — Release distribution #49/feat(release): plumb-dev/homebrew-tap + cargo-dist wiring #51/feat(release): @plumb npm org + @plumb/cli wrapper package #52/chore(main): release 0.0.2 #101 proceed.

Acceptance criteria

• No CI/release gate lints https://plumb.dev as the canonical site.
• Dogfood workflow lints https://plumb.aramhammoudeh.com/.
• Docs avoid implying plumb.dev is the active/canonical Plumb site.
• Release-readiness criteria include canonical-site HTTP 200 and zero-violation lint.
