It appears that as part of the bower install of this package, some of the lib files are moved around. As a result the 'ionic lib update' will no longer correctly update the ionic library. I'm guessing this is because the ifle www/lib.ionic/version.json was deleted as part of the ion-alpha-scroll install. But this also moved quite a number of other files as well, so there could be other issues here.
