Branding

Apollo long-term needs to have it's own branding. This means creating or commissioning a logo and wallpaper, and establishing a proper branding identity to go with the project.

I've designed a logo for Apollo and a figma project for it

I've also created an assets repo which contains svg versions of the logo and files to use them for Plymouth and GDM.

Wallpaper is still tbd though.

Mainly just have a wallpaper to sort out now. We have the os-release info set and we have a logo done as above too. We can hopefully close this issue soon. A mascot would be cool, but we can do that later.
