fixed in r1641192

the order of execution of the 3 ITs wasn't as expected, ie the custom-toolchain-plugin IT should have been executed first (and for sure before use-custom-toolchain)

m-invoker-p configuration for setupIncludes wasn't updated when I renamed the directory from demo-toolchain to custom-toolchain-plugin

renaming the setup project to setup-custom-plugin to match the default setupIncludes configuration = setup*
