[MSHARED-1064] Reintroduce org.codehaus.doxia.sink.Sink

This interface has been removed in DOXIA-632. Our stack still uses this interface, it will take time to replace everything along with third party code. Reintroduce this interface at least until everything has been updated.

Its final removal needs to decided a later point in time.

For the time being, until all plugins move to a Codehaus-free world, this will reside in Maven Reporting Exec under the Maven Site Plugin.
