[MSHARED-1118] Restore binary compat for MavenReport (partially revert MSHARED-1024)

org.codehaus.doxia.sink.Sink has been replaced with org.codehaus.doxia.sink.Sink this is obviously not compatible on bytecode level which leads to issues like #2 (comment). We have to restore the binary compat on the 3.x line while 4.0 will finally remove Codehaus Doxia.
