[MSHARED-59] More debug output in maven filtering

It would be helpful if the resources mojos were more verbose with the -X flag. In version 2.2, they don't provide any extra information. Useful info might include the Resource which is being processed, the source and target of each file copy, etc.

• copying/filtering from to
• all properties collected
• if a file extension can be filtered or not
