MYPOD: Upload the MyPod Solid OIDC client-related files to a public server

Description

The MyPod Solid OIDC client configuration files need to be hosted on a publicly accessible server so that users can log in to MyPod via Solid OIDC.

The MyPod Solid OIDC client-related files were uploaded to dev.empwr.au for now. If we find a more suitable server in the future, we can move the relevant files to that server.

These are on github.io - that should be a more accessible and reliable location.
