Update for oidc installer build

After the PR being approved and the branch being merged to the dev branch, the workflow build Installers still failed. The following is the error message.

  - oidc_ios
  - fast_rsa
  - printing

xcodebuild: error: The directory /Users/runner/work/filepod/filepod/ios does not contain an Xcode project, workspace or package.

According to the message, there are mainly 2 issues. The first one is Xcode failed to resolve Swift Package Manager dependencies, which will not occur when building the app on the local machine. A ticket has been created for this issue. Another one is the building environment for iOS has not been created. This needs further exploration.
