Upgraded to 1.12.0 from 1.11.1 and gateway failed to start.

What did you expect to happen:

Expected update to work as previous version.

Anything else you would like to add:

Using gluetun addon for VPN and IPTABLES_NFT: yes, also using VXLAN_PORT: "4789"

So while I was looking into this a few things came up.

I can not find any reason but in some of my testing using this, posting this more to see if anyone can explain why I am seeing true:

IPTABLES_NFT: yes

this got translated to true in the handling of the settings and showed logs like this and did not try to rm the folder:

++ IPTABLES_NFT=true
...
++ VXLAN_PORT=4789
+ '[' true = yes ']'
+ ip addr

So to get consistent results, I updated my setting to and it was still failing:

IPTABLES_NFT: "yes"

But at the end of the testing I'm not sure this parameter is needed anymore as I think NFT is the default now. So I updated it to "no" and everything appears to be working.

Should this option be removed?
