FR: Ability to change the destination port in NAT rules

Describe the solution you'd like:

I would sometimes like the ability to port-forward to something other than 1:1 mapping of the VPNed port.

Anything else you would like to add:

Plex will not allow to change it's default port 32400 it listens on. There are probably other apps that behave like that.
