Feature Request: Add aich to generated magnet links and support for handling magnet links with aich hashes

Two related features that might be nice to have:

• If the aich hash is available for a file, a generated magnet link should include it as an additional parameter (e.g. xt=urn:aich:[aich hash] ).
• If a magnet link being loaded has an aich hash present, it should be parsed and used when converted to an ed2k link when a download is added.
