"Upload" is the wrong terminology

Describe the bug

"Upload" sounds like it's going into the cloud, leaving the local machine. Does it?

It's my understanding that everything works locally.

In that case, the wording here needs to be updated.

Reproduction steps

1. Open FuildVoice
2. Visit File Transcription
3. Observe that the copy says "Upload"

Expected behavior

It should not say upload, since it's not leaving the local machine.

Actual behavior

It does say "Upload".
