Stuck at 3%

download fluid voice> select voice engine, download, stuck at 3% - Parakeet TDTv2
or
Settings > voice engine > select voice engine, download, stuck at 3% - Parakeet TDTv2

Expected behavior

it should download

stuck, even after restart

It sometimes gets stuck b/c of wifi or memory reasons. it will be done soon!

Update: but then it completed all at once. So really the presence of a progress bar is a bit misleading, as it is not showing the progress of the download itself. The Fluid Intelligence progress bar does show the actual download progress:
