[BUG] Intermittent Dictate window closure

Describe the bug

Sometimes clicking the toggle button combination does not close the dictate window, and instead one has to open the dictate or AI prompt options just to shake something in the UI to be able to close the dictate window. I've tested it with single key combinations for toggling, and it doesn't seem to make any difference.

Reproduction steps

1. Toggle FluidVoice
2. dictate window is open
3. speak
4. try to close the dictate window with the toggle button.

Sometimes it works immediately, sometimes it doesn't work at all. The escape key will kill the process Successfully.

Expected behavior

When pressing the allocated toggle buttons, the dictate window should close immediately and process the voice note.

Actual behavior

Intermittently it does Not close and requires a disturbance on the FluidVoice UI to shake things up.

(Possible causes may be to do with the application upon which the cursor is focused. Moving the focus back to FluidVoice UI dictate box settings seems to repair the issue).

What is your activation mode @ginozzzz ? Can you try setting it to "Hold" and tell me if the dictation overlay still doesn't close

Apologies for not coming back to you sooner. I had to switch back to the Flow service temporarily to get some work done. I have updated to the latest version and I've also swapped out my internet connection for a new provider as I was having some internet issues, which of course do not necessarily affect FluidVoice but it may be worth looking into as to whether a poor internet connection could cause the software to hang in that way.
I'll continue to monitor and comment accordingly if I find issues.
