Can't seem to set app-specific profiles

I am so psyched to use FluidVoice coming from Whisper Flow and Super Whisper. One of the things I like about Super Whisper that attracted me to FluidVoice was the ability to set a custom prompt for a particular application. For example, I don't really care about punctuation in a text message, but if I'm sending something from an email program. I want paragraphs and some processing, all that kind of stuff. My understanding was that there's an ability to do that in FluidVoice by selling, setting application-based profiles, but for the life of me, I cannot find it. I'm on the AI enhancement page, and even though I've seen screenshots of it in other posts, I don't have any option for setting that, I have fluid intelligence disabled, and I don't have any other AI set up because I want to do everything locally. Does anybody have any idea how to do this?
