Using Bootstrap 5.3, cannot get the custom mode working in Statamic 5

I tried everything with {{ AltCookies:Scripts }}, I eventually get the modal working but the buttons fail to place a cookie.

Is it possible to just add an option to publish template files which I can change to Bootstrap modals?
