Asix ax88179_178a gigabit usb lan driver

Hi Aloksinha,

Thx for your work and putting this online.
I'm currently using the pre-compiled kernel from this repo (picuntu 4.5), compiled the asix driver against the source, but it fails to load. with
"Unknown symbol __gnu_mcount_nc".

Device: mk802IV with picuntu 4.5.
Source Asix usb3 gigabit controller: http://www.asix.com.tw/FrootAttach/driver/AX88179_178A_LINUX_DRIVER_v1.8.0_SOURCE.tar.bz2 .

If you have some time, would you give this a try?
It would probably make your kernel the first one for picuntu supporting gigabit lan :)

I have added the driver to my fork:

There's also a problem with the memory alignment of the original driver
source code that I have fixed.

Give it a try.
