can't process data come from relion4？

It may seem as if it is unrecognizable

It's based on relion 2.0, so you need to convert the star file to relion3.0 version, you can use starpy https://github.com/fuzikt/starpy to convert it.

You can try https://github.com/alncat/ssri. this version is based on relion 3.0. But you need to compile it by yourself sofar.
