Split Valkey support in `ValkeyStorage`

I understand RedisStorage currently supports Valkey, too.

However, to get the terminology right maybe extract into a separate ValkeyStorage? It's a bit confusing to see "Redis" where you actually use "Valkey".

@tuukkamustonen I'd be happy to include that change if you can put up a PR as I don't currently have the bandwidth to work on this. Should just be a matter of moving things around a bit and presumably the tests wouldn't have to change much except for those asserting on the type of storage that is returned for a schema.

That would be a breaking change, unless RedisStorage should keep support for Valkey, too? What's your preference?

I'm tight on time, too, but let's see if a miracle can happen.

Good point, I completely missed that detail!

Since functionally there's no urgency (I assume?) to do this, perhaps this can be held off for the next major release and we do a clean separation?

Yeah, it's just an annoyance - practically it already works (with Valkey), so fine delaying it until the next major release.
