DXE-6822 Selecting Allow Anyway in Apple security setting to allow arm based akamai cli to run does nothing.

Installed the Apple Mac Arm based 2.0.4 macarm based binary release onto mac tahoe m5 pro chipset.

When trying to run/launch the akamai app, MacOS generates a popup stating the app cannot be run since it cannot be verified.

Usually when this happens for an app, the user can go to MacOS security settings and select Allow Anyway. I select Allow Anyway and nothing happens. Allow Anyway is not greyed out and is selectable. It just blinks for a fraction of a second and does nothing else.

I do NOT want to use brew to install the cli as brew has some unresolved dependencies which pop up when running certain commands in the past which cannot be resolved due to other packages using outdated code.
