Being able to resize the DSM graph and the individual columns to allow for wider text to be displayed

I noticed in the test of interfaces in DSMED-13 that in the view mode for interfaces, if you have multiple interfaces on a connection that the program will show 3 dots (...) and not show the interfaces. I think two features should be present:

1. If you hover over the 3 dots, it will pop up the text
2. you can resize the width of the whole DSM and resize the width of individual columns to allow for text to be displayed
