Roadmap

Tracking issue for v0 → v1 direction. Each bullet should spawn its own issue as we commit to it.

Now (v0, landed)

• Host parity across MCP agents — Claude Code, Gemini, Codex, GitHub Copilot all install and configure through the same setup flow (Multi agent wiring #45); OpenClaw bridges the gateway-style case
• Four-tool MCP surface: toolkit, pair, message, inbox
• Daemon for ambient inbound (OS toasts, shared outbox); Windows notification reliability (fix(windows): improve daemon notification reliability and localization (with gofmt) #42)
• Live-collab marker (collab=true) + inbox wait primitive
• Reactive Ask semantics for CC (pending asks surfaced via inbox)
• Hosted relay at clawdchan-relay.fly.dev as default; local pairings survive relay changes
• README reframed as host-agnostic with sequence diagram for the main workflow

Near-term

• Richer peer concept — peer metadata, labels, trust levels; better grouping of pairings in the UI and CLI
• Grouping / multi-party — pairings beyond 2-party; group semantics for envelopes and policy
• Policy depth — allowlists, quiet hours hardening, per-peer rate limits
• Inbound UX — tighten the toast → inbox → reply loop; reduce friction on the human side
• Live-collab cadence — formalize the iterative-loop semantics (currently a sender hint)
• Deeper host integrations — setup parity is done; per-host surface polish and edge cases as they surface

Longer horizon (speculative, not committed)

• Delegated capabilities between pairs (scoped authority, time-bounded)
• Richer intent vocabulary beyond Ask / Notify / Message
• Opt-in agent-cadence auto-reply (explicitly out of v0 — would need its own design pass)
