Order confirmation Email - Shipping value is not available.

Shipping price is excluded if it's free shipping.. If there is a cost for shipping it will appear. Is this what you want @awasthiruchi?

@dylandepass As per the business requirement, when the shipping amount is $0, we should display $0 for shipping along with the message: "Free Shipping promotion applied."

I can mark it as Free as we do below. But I can't apply any custom labels to the transaction emails since this is a multi tenant email service. We can't really put logic in this service that is specific to Vitamix.

We could add it on the client side though if this really is a must have.

I think there may have been a misunderstanding. My request wasn't about the transaction emails.

I was referring to the cart. Based on the business requirement, when shipping is $0, we'd like to display the message "Free Shipping promotion applied" in the cart. The transaction emails don't need any changes.

Will you apply the same fix in Order confirmation email?
As you mark it as "Free" label in Order Summary.

@Vipulk-Sethi If you re-read my messages I clearly understand this is related to order emails. My suggestion to add the free tag similar to how we do it the order summary block.

The challenge is that "Free" needs to be translated at the transaction email level as well. So it's not a straightforward fix and whatever the fix is it needs to work for any language.
