[B2B Feature]: Provision a dedicated share-link email template

Describe the problem

The staff-shared link path currently reuses the self-service link email template as an interim measure because a dedicated template isn't provisioned. Messaging for a staff-shared link should read differently from a self-service one.

Propose a solution

Provision a dedicated email template for the staff-shared link path (with any localized/branded variants), and switch the send path to use it once available.

Flow

1. Staff shares a microsite link with a customer.
2. The dedicated share-link template is selected (by the page's owning brand where applicable).
3. The customer receives a correctly-worded email with the link.
