Library cleanup for ExMod use

• see that we have the blocks that ExMod may want to use to create import scripts in our library
• each block needs its own page under /library
• each block variant should be in its own section of the page, along with a library-metadata block which gives a description of the block.
• Copy the relevant library metadata descriptions from https://main--biomarkerboost--aemdemos.aem.page/tools/sidekick/library.html?plugin=blocks and paste into the descriptions as needed. These were created for AEMY, so should be good for AI use, but we do need to update based on Worldbank uses.

• each block's page URL should be added to the blocks sheet

When everything has been published, you should see the blocks showing in all their glory at https://main--extweb-academy--aemsites.aem.page/tools/sidekick/library.html?plugin=blocks

• Custom Image Block – Cannot select image

• Table
• Tabs
• Video – Cannot add video URL

I removed the navigation block, but there is still a bug when accessing the library URL directly with a path included; it doesn't switch blocks during navigation. However, if you access the page without a path (/tools/sidekick/library.html?plugin=blocks), the navigation works properly and the URL path updates accordingly.
