Integrate DAM Alt Text For Screen Readers

Dependency:
Adobe is implementing a new feature to connect the Adobe Assets DAM Alt Text metadata and allow it to be used when DAM assets are leveraged by SharePoint word documents in document based authoring. This must be available before this ticket can be looked at.

Requirements:

1. Integrate Alt Text for screen readers for DAM assets
2. Screen reader must be able to announce the image alt text (entered via Web Liaison in the DAM) when reading a page

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Given I am using a screen reader, when a DAM image asset is on a web page, then the screen reader announces the image along with it's alternative text metadata to understand image content.
