Do not expect raw headers (@adobe/fetch) extension #175

@trieloff

Description

@trieloff

...splitHeaders(response.headers.raw()),

This can fail when the response is not created by @adobe/fetch, instead fall back to built-in functions like https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Headers/entries
