Consent banner tracked as 'shown' when it is not visible for the user

In some customers the consent banner div is present and checkVisibility() returns true.
However the height of the div is 0px, which in practice means that the consent banner is not shown and should be tracked as hidden

Couple of domains where this happens:

www.aetna.com
https://www.bhhsfloridarealty.com/ -> access using from a gateway in the US which is out of California, i.e. Lehi VPN gateway

Some findings while looking into the issue:

• Tracking the parent element is not sufficient, as it may or may not contain the banner div
• I checked other domains to make sure this structure is consistent (www.wilson.com, www.bhhsfloridareality.com, --edit--: www.bulk.com, www.maserati.com, www.pfizer.com, www.abbvie.co.uk, www.hersheyland.com)

Proposal: Track the banner div specifically; additionally, we could also check if the dimensions are non-zero.

We discovered that some domains that use OneTrust have a different structure, i.e. www.cocacola.com:

In this case, #onetrust-banner-sdk is not present, but the consent dialog is shown.

Proposal: In order to support both known structures, first check if the banner div exists, and if not, check if the PC sdk div is displayed.
