UX/UI changes to "Paslaugos Ukrainieciams" page

User Story
As a Ukrainian refugee,
I want easily browse and find the most suitable services for me,
so that I can find further contacts on it.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Further updates should be visible in LT, UA, EN “Services” pages;
2. “Services” page should have typical layout consisting of header image, breadcrumbs, Title “Paslaugos Ukrainieciams” and Subtitle text;
3. “Paslaugos Ukrainieciams” page should have a button at the top right which links to “Filling form for providing services”https://0rs0r9mdix1.typeform.com/to/QXLxIUjt;
4. On the left side should appear filters;
5. Filters block should have clearly named and separated boxes: block title “Filtering”, “Active filters”, filter categories by importance “Town”, “Service type” and “Service language”;
6. Filtering should have visible active filter tags and option to clear them all;
7. On the right side should be visible the list of all or filtered services;
8. Service list block should have a search bar upon it;
9. Service list block should have clearly labeled page pagination at the botton of the list and ability to navigate through pages.
10. On mobile, filtering option is accesible via floating Filter button at the bottom of the screen (as it is now).
11. Filter button should have number indicator of how many filters are chosen.
12. “Paslaugos Ukrainieciams” page should not have option to choose service language which is now at the search bar and at the bottom in mobile version. Remove it;
13. Service information card should look as much similar (if it's possible) as it is provided in design (look at Card image and comments). Add copy link function which should work same as here https://suukraina.lt/ua/vazhlyva-informatsiia/mihratsiini-posluhy/;
14. Display number ir results beside fitler item as it is now, leave same styling;
15. Do not change the styling of the existing pagination.
