unable extract any file inside of TopazGigapixelAI.msi

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1.download from magnet:?xt=urn:btih:1C278186B4D1C8D8C5DE116BB10062AFBC7D4E84&tr=http%3A%2F%2Fbt4.t-ru.org%2Fann%3Fmagnet&dn=Topaz%20Gigapixel%20AI%20Pro%208.4.4%20(x64)%20%5B09.2025%2C%20ENG%5D%20RePack%20KpoJIuK and use winrar uppack TopazGigapixelAI.msi
2. open TopazGigapixelAI.msi
3. select any file
4. click to extract
5. See error
