Fetching: Webhooks to beacon api?

Redis cache updating needs:

• When a tour (collection) is deleted/added or the title is updated
• When a show (product) is deleted/added or the title is updated
• When an order is deleted or added. Orders are stored by variant_id so ideally this information would be beaconed by the webhook to use in updating Redis.
