To be perfectly honest, I'm not entirely sure what this bit does specifically in regards to the Zune. When writing the original implementation I found that it was included in the abyss guide method's abyss config and without it, the Zune refused to grab anything. I ported it over to here the same way just in case. It may just want an expiry header, however I have not tested that bit further yet.

If we find that the header is necessary or makes the service more reliable, we should also test to see what dates Zune will accept. We should avoid hardcoding it.
