What is the difference between this repo and jdrusso/msm_we?

I was just wondering if this repository or the https://github.com/jdrusso/msm_we one is considered the "official" repository for msm_we. If I wanted to submit a pull request, should I do so here or on that one?

A little late and not representing the Zuckerman Lab or anything, but as far as I know...

jdrusso/msm_we is abandoned so I would recommend doing it here. This repo also has numpy 2 support + modern python support (vs. the other one, which caps off at python 3.11 + numpy 1, iirc)
