I have suggestions for this. we can make this system simple

send a user a randomly generated number via email or complete API request.
then the user will show it to the driver.
then the driver will enter it like a password into the webpage.
if the password match the delivery will mark complete.

I think this is a good idea!
That way the delivery would be more secured :)
