If I activate default key secure channel and then issue an osdp_CAP command (inside secure channel) the cap command is not monitored, the PDCAP
response is there and marked encrypted. same thing with osdp_ID. osdp_LSTAT does display. Perhaps the special-case
commands are accidentally not displayed if there is a secure channel active?
