Add ability to exclude Open Graph images

Feature Description

In the Modern Image Format plugin, the blanket approach to converting all to AVIF leaves incompatibility with social media platforms that still fail to support AVIF (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc).

Please add the ability to exclude a particular field such as:

• Featured image (by default this is used for OpenGraph)
• Yoast SEO Social image (if people are using this plugin it can take the place of OpenGraph image for a post
• other 3rd party options?

The only other option at this time is enabling fallback images as a general setting which can lead to enormous file storage issues.

Any images being printed during the wp_head are already supposed to be skipped from conversion via this function:
