Patterns: consider adding a "manage my patterns" option to make deletion easier to find in Inserter and inspector

What problem does this address?

It's currently very difficult to find where to delete unsynced patterns. As far as I can tell, you must first go to the Synced Patterns inserter, and click 'Manage my patterns' at the bottom.

What is your proposed solution?

A similar link should be available in the list of Unsynced Patterns as well. I think it would be great to also include a link to 'Manage my Patterns' in the 'Explore Patterns' modal.
